ADDICTION TO SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES

     Man is a social animal. In digital world, people are socially connected through social networking sites. They share photos, love, likes, thoughts and opinions etc. All your friends are connected world-wide irrespective of the fact whether they live near or far away. Social networking sites, web-cams, mobiles and other gadgets have lessened the gap among loved ones, family and friends.

But now-a-days many people have become too dependable on these things. Too much usage of anything is not good. It can have varying consequences on the lifestyle, physical and mental health of human being. Some people feel happy when they are connected with others but as soon as they get disconnected they get bored, lethargic, dull, attention-deficit easily.

The root cause of all these consequences is that people have forgotten how to live alone. Now-a-days when they are alone, they don`t indulge in constructive habits and interest. They are in constant thoughts of future or past events and forget about the PRESENT. Also blue-light affect their physical health. As a result their relations may get affected with the near-by-people as most of time spending on gadgets and ignoring people around you.

Some tips and tricks are fruitful enough to help people overcome these consequences and live life to the fullest. 

• People should do yoga and meditation for some time.

• You should be consciously aware where you are and what you are doing. You should enjoy your own company. Feel the air, you breathe in and breathe out. 

•    People should be more consciously aware what they are eating. Eat a healthy diet.

•  Remember don`t be lost in the thoughts and be aware. While pouring water, feel the freshness of water; see the bubbles forming inside the glass, then drink the water. Similarly try to connect with the nature.

•  In the morning, wake up early and enjoy the nature. See the birds chirping, feel the wind blowing, listen the musical sound of nature itself.

•    Be happy & enjoy your own company. The way you are is a result of billion-trillions possibilities. Remain the way you are. Feel the liveliness in yourself.

•   Be creative and make your own way. Don`t try to imitate or follow others. You are unique in your own way.

SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES

The world has been so changed. The present and the developing technology is one of the main reasons for that. People are more interested in internet so that they could connect to the world and see what`s changing everyday now. Most of the people on net are busy on social networking sites…listing:-

People are moving on to sites like youtube, myspace and facebook for entertainment while stunning more traditional modes of communication. This means that soon , TV watching might be no longer be the dominant mode for passing time. Social networking might just as well fill this void.

Youngsters, teenagers designed their profile on social networking sites and create an AVATAR .They add beautiful quotes and sayings describing best about themselves. We can term it as AVATAR CREATION. In this we also add up profile photo. It might be theirs photo or photo of the film stars like Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Sharhukh Khan, Hritik Roshan and female actors like Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra etc. Sometimes people also set attitude photo as their profile photo. Many people share photo of their relative, family functions without understanding the risk. Now a day’s hacking is so common and so a person could be easily exploited.

Now the question arises that why the social networking sites are so popular and is that so that we need it…The answer lies here:-

1.   COMMUNICATING THOUGHTS AND IDEAS TO OTHERS:-Social networking sites provide its users variety of ways to express their emotions on their choice of topic & so it is so popular. Anyone can freely express his views & share it among anyone in the world. With just a click everybody gets aware that what you are thinking at that instant of time. 
2.    CONNECTING AND CONVERSATON:-It is quite interesting to share your day-2-day life things among friends and share your secrets. You can even chat to your friends who haven`t met you for few days, months or years. Now you can even video chat to your relatives who are far away from you. From anywhere, you can connect to your friends. Sites like omegle give you a chance to have chat with strangers having common interest.  
3.     FOR INTERACTING WITH INDIVISUAL EXPERTS:-Through Linkedin we can chat to various other business man, employee, CEO, HR of the companies. You just have to make a profile & you will get all information about the company you are interested in. you will even receive job alerts form the companies.

There are also certain demerits of using social networking sites. Now a day`s social networking sites are full of fake id`s and so it is important that what to share & what to not. Also most of the sites get hacked because of easy password which was correctly guessed by the hacker. Due to fake id`s & hacking our personal stuff leaked out, that we never want to share to others.

SOME TIPS:

·         The password you are using should not contain easy guess words like magic, terror or your DOB or name or place. Some PASSWORDS that are hard to guess is #35Ap6T@og9sB

• ·         Your password should contain at least 10 letters including special signs like #@!( etc. & numbers 1,2,3… etc , mixture of capital & small letters such that they don`t form a word(having some meaning).

• ·         You should have a licensed antivirus. It will prevent your system from getting hacked.

• ·         Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) maintains a list of running program. From there you can end unwanted programs. You can even download Process Explorer (advance version of task manager).

• ·         Don`t enter your password until you are sure that it is a protected page (shown by https) and a lock sign in there at the address bar.

• ·         When you login from other`s personal computer. Log out & also delete cookies & history.

                                                            LOVE LIFE

Whenever I sees a couple around me,

Gathering the fantasy what if a gf would be mine,

I leap straight out into gail------

           

            Whenever we go the people look aside,

            Standing and weaving to old friends

            Who was by my side each day of my life.

Dwelling all of them by Saying out that

she is my piece of heart all the time,

Everyday doing nothing just listening

To music and chatting day and night.

            What if a girlfriend would be mine,                   

            Saying `jaan I Miss U` every second

            Of my life…..

           

But the other day I was shocked

By seeing my gf with another guy,

Laughing as loud as a witch,

Sitting on back-seat

Of pulsar 220cc bike.

                        I was buffeted as if  the

                        pulsar boy steal my gf just like,

                        chain snatching from roadside.

           

Thank God I am single with no gf beside

As I always thinks prevention is better than cure

And IT`S BETTER TO LIVE WITHOUT A GF

IF U DON`T WANT TO BE STOLE!!!

I was getting bored at home as usual as my college was closed. So, I did think ::::What to do as I am always found of playing games on pc for a longer period(min. time 3 to 4 hrs)  due to which  at the end of the day  I got so much washed out that I am not able to do any other work. So, I decided not more games and no surfing or chatting. Then suddenly an idea stroke my mind that why didn’t I go for reading a book. I thought that reading is good and that will keep me in practice of reading. But this time I decided that if I will read a book I will not go for suspense, thriller but a high level book that makes me feel someway good. And eventually a friend of mine delivered a book EVERY SECOND COUNTS by Lance Armstrong. I then look out for other details inside the book but stunned and stopped by the cover page of the book. On the cover page was face of a men (Lance Armstrong).I thought it would be a great book by just looking its cover and going for any details. It is in my habit I judge the book by its cover as I always thought that what inside doesn’t matter a lot. But from outside it should look awesome so that in case anybody sees that get impressed by it. That is my way of choosing a book not to read but just to show off. Friends and every other body should admit that it is a classic book and get impressed highly.

That day fortunately my inverter blow of in day timings….That was fortunate because else wise I would return book to my Friend and was unable to read it. But as I told I was fortunate this day and not watching T.V. or playing games. I decided to read it.

I took the book from where it was kept and started reading it (not from inside) the cover page as I told it was amazing for me. Then turned back of book. I just take a look and found out something written “1999 tour de France ……cancer” I got carried away by the world `cancer` and second time took seriously .I read the back and found out that Lance Armstrong win the tour de France after returning form cancer just eighteen months before. I was amazed, anxiety and lured too to know how he did that. On reading from inside I found out that Lance Armstrong was not only a really good biker but also a great man who did everything that he could do. To serve his nation, winning the tour, to his wife, his kids Luke and twins girl, to cure his cancer everything he did and the best. According to him winning could not be possible without the team work whether in the race or getting out of cancer. He was right in saying that we win all the time is absolutely incorrect but that losing a game makes us ready for winning another. Whether he was on-bike or off-bike he was the best.

Lance Armstrong was extra-ordinary man who survived cancer and unacceptably (or should I say magically) win the tour de France and other races. He had a fear that his cancer can come back. He decided as what he should do that showed he is still alive. He was certain that in winning the tour will simply prove that he is still alive. As a human being he always cares about his friends, family and everyone he knows. Wherever he goes people use to ask him `how does u get rid of testicular cancer??’

He always prefers the best and right things for them. Being a cancer patient he always have a soft corner for the cancer patients.

What do I think that worst thing is that now-a-days people prefer suicide then their life? It takes place so often and on the other side people who are diseased (ex. cancer patients), they think can still enjoy their life and sometimes they even gets cured even a disease

Like cancer. Lance Armstrong is the founder of LAF(LANCE ARMSTRONG FOUNDATION) where cancer treatments takes place. I think that people should be never hopeless and live their life even in worst conditions as nothing is worst then suicide. I also want to add that some people even ruin their life by thinking they are diseased and doing nothing. Even though they get cured but they are caught up by their own misbelieves. They always think they are diseased and get mentally ills and so physically too.

On ending the book, I felt lonely as from starting and midway I was aggravated to read the whole book…..now it’s over... that’s was all. I think that whether will I ever meet Lance and able to see him. Now, for me he is a real hero in all-ways. The book I read was really inspiring to me.                                                                                                                                                                                                       

It`s not been so easy & accurate to share something personal to anyone.Everyone thinks how would they react everything ...seems like in mess.Actually we should talk about the ways to download youtube videos...it`s not so easy....the easy one is:-

Lifeclauses basically means that life depends on technology. Our gen depends on technology...We r the real LIFECLAUSERS.We depends on technology for examles mobile,games,laptops,internet,chatting.

1.MOBILE: 
                  without all these we can`t survive in this world. In our new Gen , mobiles r like our soul if somehow we r  without mobile phones we r said to behind date. Most of precious information given in college/schools comes from mobile.

2.Gaming:
                   Our gen likes to play games in mobile & their laptops,pc or powerstations. I`m here to justify gaming increases a person potential to higher levels . Its simply like practical maths in which we solve problems...using various strategies.Gaming should not be taken as a messanger of voilence in today`s gen.

3.Chatting:
                  We all know that we like to share our ideas , thoughts, experience to others and chatting is the easiest way to talk to others.The Frnds who lived with each other & away from each other.Chatting makes possible to come closer inspite of long distances between them.

Internet:
             We all depends on internet.Basically we all explores net for downloading songs,wallpapers & movies e.t.c.
